Houses without holes and holy hearts.

Heartfelt thanks to the Lord for what He has done this past week is bubbling up within us. This even though personally I am feeling a bit low at the moment- its good He works regardless of how we feel!

Imagine key pastors and bishops repenting two to three nights in a row before 200 of their peers. Repenting from the way they had treated their brothers in other churches…. who were right there in the meeting!…. it was such a thrill to be a part of it with the team from US. Words are not enough because we are seeing another step being made by the Holy Spirit in building the leaders together to become the united army God needs his Church to be!

"Pastor Swai cried in front of 200 Pastors when he was explaining how he was being tortured by the Pastors in Bomang’ombe area. "I did not expect that these pastors could come one day and have a Fellowship as we are having now. They segregated me because I associate with Lutheran pastor and they told me that I have backslidden. Since that time up to this moment I was not happy.

After his speech The Pastors from Bomangombe area (about 9 Pastors) came in front to ask forgiveness to Pastor Swai and a heavy prayer was made unto them. I tell you that evening was so wonderful for the presence of the LORD covered that place and the hall was shaken by the power of God! There was a restoration as in the day of Pentecost when the Holy spirit was under the 1st Church when they were in the upper room." Gidori.

Something similar took place with the womens leaders as well. Lyndall and Esther joined the Perimeter ladies and shared on AIDS again.

“I was really blind in some areas which seemed to me that I have qualified. I’ve see God and heard his voice through the Wazungu Women. Their lives testify that God lives in them and their teachings and testimonies were so wonderful."

Karanse

Some of the widows in Karanse now have a new three room house. Here is one lady with her old house in front. I wish you could have been there when she poured out her heart in thanks to the Lord and to us- I felt overwhelmed by it as she gave me a big hug.

You can see the holes in the wall where she had been living in before and understand why she was so relieved and thankful. We had the District Commissioner with us when we went there [next to me] and his visit will really help Warrieli in the future.

Karanse school starts in two weeks time. Pastor Warrieli asked me to dedicate it but I want to thank Love International in Australia and Perimeter Church because they have been instrumental in the school being able to get started. We had a prelude to what it will be like as Perimeter team played with the kids and orphans of the area out in front of the school.

It was a real encouragement to us and the people to have the  team with us led by Kathy and Jim from Perimeter again- thank you all of you for making the sacrifice! On  this trip you were a catalyst for many of the the things that I write about here.

Lesley Darlaston is booking us in for times for you to hear about what God is doing here.  If you would like to hear us in Australia, please contact her on 0894017722 [darbob@ozemail.com.au] or Pastor Peter Hack on 0893077566 or 0412405772.

Bless you all very much and thanks again for all your support and helping us help the people here,

Mike & Lyndall
