I slept in the night in my bed. Suddenly I saw we are in a great crusade, I together with the servant of God Mr Mike. We preached and the great miracles happened. When the crusade was over I heard somebody speaking behind me saying "Elihudi, tell Mike 'Why are you troubled in your mind about your house and family?' Tell him that God is one who heals.... are you one who brought yourself before God or was God who sent you? Tell that, let not him worry, for I know all and read 1Cor16:9." When he spoke about that verse he disappeared and I woke. [1Cor16:9 because a great door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many who oppose me.] There are men of God here who encourage us very much. This came early January when after we had been seeking God very much for his help and confirmation. Praise God for His people! Back to Top Team 2000....... Meet some of the team for 2000! Gidori, Stanley, Pastor Limo Mattew & Alex Recycled parts The front of the car looked strange. I looked further- the four wheel engage on the front right wheel was gone! But how? We always have someone in the car when it is down the street- Sharon had been sitting in the passenger seat all the time that morning! But these guys are so cunning. They crawled up on the right and quietly undid the small bolts and walked away with AUD250 of spare parts. So I had to buy another second hand one- probably someone elses! Back to Top 6years!..................6years! Well we have been here 6 years now. What can we say? It is the Grace of God that has kept us here. If we have gone through any difficulties in that time, our prayer is that it has encouraged you in your walk as you have seen Him always bring us out on the other side! Back to Top Lyndall preaching Small Business Help Mama Grace [rt] and Mama Maria are two of the ladies that Lyndall is helping in small business by finances you have given to us. Mama Grace is selling clothes for the first time. She has much to learn. Mama Musa has had to stop for a while because she just had a baby boy, Joshua! Women here are often more diligent in financial areas than their counterparts [I hate to say it!] Back to Top If you would like to help with..... Evangelism film and sound gear.... Projects- preschool, small business Aid to widows & orphans..... General Mission needs......... ..............Email us! |

Pastors Our prayers for true spiritual unity amongst churches took a step forward at Kingori, Tanzania, East Africa where over a hundred pastors of ALL denominations came together. Ian and Ray Camden worked with me to teach on unity and Spiritual authority. While some were reticent to work with others outside their own denomination, [one old leader tried to dig big doctrinal 'holes' for us to fall into a several times!!] it was so encouraging to see those of like heart reaching out to Jesus for answers on how they could work together and yet be different. Our prayer is that true unity on the foundation of Christs Spirit take root there so that many can be set free as they win TOGETHER in heavenly places!! Pray as we minister to other groups this year. Back to Top Ian and Ray Camden Ian And Ray Camden [W Australia] are here for another two weeks. They teach with simplicity and strength and the people appreciate the evident love that comes from their hearts for the people of Tanzania. They are out in the village of Sanya Juu and I hear they are doing great- [even with the beds loos and .....!] Thanks to Denmark for supporting and releasing them in it! Back to Top Photo Born Again! So my wonderful friend, the head teacher 'Mwalimu', without hesitancy led them to Jesus and THEN we took the photo!Back to Top Pongwe Neighboring churches are sometimes afraid to come a
seminar held in a church but many Christians and Pastors in the area
will come to an outside crusade. [less threatening?] So at Pongwe we
took advantage of that to teach in the market as well as in the church
- in fact we took the unprecedented step of having two sessions on the
street. And the people loved it. It felt like they were thirsty and
enjoying a good drink! Our first work into that Muheza/Tanga area
attracted a lot of interest from many churches- they were begging us
to come back. We will work with a group of pastors in the area next
time. Back to Top On 24th Feb I [Lyndall]set out to do a ladies seminar at a nearby village at Shangarai on Marriage & family life. I drove down a moonscape road to pick up my interpreter Martha. Anyway, we arrived at the village sometime after planned start time of 10 am &........ no one was there! So someone went and got the pastors wife and she said she was expecting us at 3 pm.... so we went home back over the moonscape! We had arranged that they would start at 3pm and we would start speaking at 4pm. So when we returned at 4pm...... no one was there!! But they gradually straggled in and sang a song and we started speaking at 4:30pm The next obstacle was a woman who came and stood near the front of the church and spoke in English the whole time we were speaking. [She didnt know English!] I rebuked her and she quieted a bit each time but eventually she was carried out bodily after she started to pull apart the mud platform! Many people give up on village ministry because of the difficulties Lyndall experienced. Time is no object there! And organization can be frustrating. But 80% live in villages and we need to help them. By the way, the pastor came yesterday and told me how much the women were blessed with Lyndalls ministry.... they are coming to plan when she can come back! Pray for her! Back to Top Bible Run Why are these ladies so happy? I was teaching on the need to run after the word of God. I wanted to show how we need to pursue the word with all our hearts. Only a quarter of the people had bibles so I told the pastor we would have a race for the guys and the girls. The first to reach the end in each group would get a bible. Man, did they run! We were afraid they were going to wipe themselves out on rocks! The women were killing themselves with laughter as a young woman collapsed across the finish line. She was SOOOOOOOO happy to get a bible! Back to Top ![]() |
